Ingredients

    4c. cooked chicken, cubed
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (nutrition info is for regular, but you can substitute lowfat low sodium)
    1 can condensed chicken broth
    1 c cooked carrots
    1 c canned or cooked peas
    1 c chopped celery
    1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 1/2 c buttermilk
    1/2 c butter

Directions

Mix chicken, broth, soup and vegetables and place in a lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, or until crust rises to top and browns.
