    6 cups water
    4 tsps. vegebase
    1 table. olive oil
    1 cup white onion, diced
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    6 1/2 cups potatoes, diced with skin
    1 1/2 tsps. sea salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 cup instant mashed potatoes
    1/2 cup rice milk


Dissolve vegebase in boiling water. In a separate pot heat up olive oil. Once hot add garlic and onion. Saute for about 5 min. or until onion is soft. Add water to the pot with the garlic and onion. Add potatoes and all seasonings. Boil for 20 mins. or until potatoes are tender. Then add instant mashed potatoes and rice milk. Stir and cook for an additional 5 mins. Enjoy!
