    summer squash 1 C
    Mushrooms 1 C
    Nappa Cabbage 2 C
    Bok Choy 1/2 C
    Onion 1 C
    Peppers 1 1/2 C
    Swiss Chard 1 C
    basil 4 tbs
    ginger root 3 tsp
    Soy Sauce to taste
    Corn Starch 1 1/2 tbs
    Bean Sprouts 1/2 C
    Snap Peas 1 1/4 C
    White Wine 2 oz


Cook onion in white wine. Then add ginger root , mushrooms, cabbage, bok choy, peppers, swiss chard, basil. Cook a few minutes, then add summer squash, and peas. Last add bean sprouts. Stir the corn starch in 2 or 3 oz of water and add to dish continuing to cook until thicken. Serve immediately over brown rice.
