Introduction

Adapted from DOITNOWM's muffin mix recipe. Since I'm living alone, six muffins per batch are enough for me. Adapted from DOITNOWM's muffin mix recipe. Since I'm living alone, six muffins per batch are enough for me.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup of flour (calculated with white flour)
    50g of sugar
    about a tsp of baking powder
    a dash of salt, cinamon and nut meg
    100 ml of milk (I used 2%)
    1 small egg
    60g unsweetened applesauce (I used Apfelmus. It's got 75 kcal / 0.2 g fat per 100g, that's what I calculated with)
    a handfull of dried Cranberries (about 25g)

Directions

Combine dry ingrediens in a bowl. In another bowl, mix wet ingredients together, then slowly wisk in the dry mixture into the wet. At the end, fold in cranberries. Don't overmix.

Grease or line muffin tin, fill and bake in preheated oven for about 16 minutes at 400 degrees.
