Ingredients

10 oz pkg chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup diced celery
1 lg green pepper chopped
1 cup red onion chopped
1 8 oz can water chestnuts drained
1 cup frozen green peas
2 cups Miracle Whip regular (could use lite)
1 Tabsp. sugar
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 slices crisp fried bacon chopped ( could use 10)
Directions
Layer lettuce, celery, pepper, onions, water chestnuts, and frozen peas in a large serving bowl. Mix togther Miracle Whip and sugar. Spread mixture over peas and top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 10
