    2 C. Carrots
    2 C. Celery
    2 tomatoes
    1 potato
    1.5 c tomato sauce
    1.6 lbs roast
    1/2 vidalia onion
    3 c beef stock
    water to taste


Brown meat. Cut up all veggies and then put all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 3-4 hours or longer if you would like.
