a healthier version on one of our favorites meatloafs! a healthier version on one of our favorites meatloafs!
Number of Servings: 8


    2.5 lbs ground deer meat
    1 lb 93/7 ground turkey
    1 cup 2% milk shredded cheese (I used Kroger Mexican blend because it's what I had on hand)
    8 Strips hormel precooked bacon, chopped
    1 cup frozen shredded hashbrowns
    1/2 cup ketchup (1/4 cup in meat mixture and 1/4 cup on outside of loaf)
    2 tsp Lea and Perrin worecetshire sauce


Mix meats together, add slightly beaten egg, lea and perrin, 1/4 cup ketchup, hashbrowns, bacon and cheese. Mix all ingredients together. Form into a loaf and place into dish bigger enough to have room on all sides, coat outside of loaf with other 1/4 cup of ketchup. Bake at 350 for about 45 min. I always add a little cheese to the top during the last 10 min or so.
