Ingredients

    * Colby Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
    * rosarita refried beans, vegetarian, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 3 serving (remove)
    * La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Makes 3 Enchiladas:

Spread beans in middle of a tortilla and top with cheese. Wrap up tortilla and place in sauced 8" square oven-safe dish. Repeat with 2 more tortillas. Cover with remaining sauce and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
