    Molds for frozen popcycles
    3/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
    1 contain of Dannon Light and Fit Lemon Yogurt


Puree the blueberries in a blender. (You may have to add a little water)
Add 1-2 Tbsp of blueberries to each mold.
Then add 2-3 Tbsp of lemon yogurt to the mold,
Then add 1-2 Tbsp of blueberries again to the mold.
Put the top and "stick" in the mold.
Freeze 4-6 hours. Run under hot water for approximately 30 seconds to remove popcycle from mold.
Makes 3 six inch popcycles.
