    a small bowl of your favorite yogurt
    one graham cracker ( half crushed, half whole)
    2 large strawberries ,cut


put your yogurt in a bowl and add the crushed graham crackers and cut strawberries. then take the other half of graham cracker and use it to scoop you extra yogurt

you can add other toppings but you would have to change to nutritional info.
