Ingredients

    12 ounces (3/4 lb) chicken, cooked and diced
    1 cup penne pasta
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup frozen lima beans

    1 cup chicken broth
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 T bbq sauce
    1/2 T honey
    1/2 T white wine vinegar
    1/4 cup orange juice

    season to taste with:
    garlic, onion powder, dried bell pepper, orange zest, and Italian seasonings

Directions

Cook the pasta with the vegetables, and drain.

In your pot combine broth, water, bbq sauce, honey, vinegar and orange juice, stir and bring to a boil. Add bread crumbs and stir until well mixed. Add pasta, lima beans, corn and chicken and stir until well coated and combined.

Serve! Makes four 1.25 cup servings.
