    * Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    * *Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 1 tbsp
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 tbsp
    * *Lucerne Fat Free Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    * *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 4.5 tsp


Combine all liquid ingredients in one bowl and all dry ingredients in another bowl. Combine into one bowl. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking oil. Divide up into 6 equally sized muffins. Cook on 350 for 25 minutes.
