Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Dannon All Natural Plain Nonfat Yogurt

    4 tsp. baking powder

    1/4 c. liquid egg (or 1 egg, slightly beaten)

    2 c. Indian Head White Corn Meal

    1 1/2 tsp. salt

    1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Liberally spray a cast iron skillet (or a 8" or 9" sqare pan) with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. Combine milk, egg, & yogurt; add to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Pour batter into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes.

If using a small cast iron skillet, the recipe makes 8 lg. triangles.
