Ingredients

    1 14.75 oz. can Bumble Bee Wild Alaska Pink Salmon, drained
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/4 medium onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbls. Mayonnaise

Directions

Drain the salmon. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to break up the salmon and combine well. Let chill in refrigerator at least 20 minutes for flavors to develop. Serve over lettuce, or, if your splurging, in an avocado half. Serves 6 as a salad dish or 3 as a main dish.
