    1 16 oz package wide egg noodles
    2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    16 oz medium cooked shrimp, frozen
    1 16 oz bag Asparagus Stir-fry
    1 teaspoon each of cumin, oregano, salt and pepper, and cayenne pepper
    3 tablespoons dried onion flakes or 1 medium onion
    1/4 cup dried cilantro
    1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic or 3 cloves fresh


Boil water and cook noodles per package directions. In large skillet combine vegetables, shrimp(frozen), tomatoes and all the spices. Depending on the amount of heat you like, you may want to use the cayenne pepper to taste. Combine noodles with vegetables when done and toss together and serve.
