Ingredients

    1 cup wheat bran (1 taza salvado)
    1 cup soy milk or 2% milk (1 taza leche de soya o leche 2%)
    1 cup sugar (1 taza az˙car)
    4 Tbsp flaxseed mixed with 12 Tbsp of water (4 cucharadas de linaza en 12 cucharadas de agua, reposar la mezcla 15min para remplazar 4 huevos)
    1/4cup canola oil (1/4 taza de aceite)
    1/2 tsp baking powder (1/2 cucharadita polvo de hornear)
    walnuts halves (nueces picadas)

Directions

OVEN 350

mix all dry ingredients
add milk, flax seed (or eggs), and oil.
mix well and add walnuts
