    3 Egg whte
    3 Egg, fresh,
    3 slices of Bacon cooked and chopped up small
    1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    1 Scallions, sliced thin
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 tbsp, parmesan cheese


beat eggs and milk
stir in pepper, cheese, onion and bacon
pour mixture in a 8x8 glass pan sprayed with pam
sprinkle parmesean on top
bake at 400 for 20 mins.
serve immediately
