    4 thawed tilapia fillets
    2 tbsp. butter or margarine
    1.5 tsp honey
    2 tbsp dijon mustard
    .25 soft bread crumbs
    .25 cup finely chopped pecans
    2 tsp finely chopped parsley or cilantro
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened grated coconut

    lemon wedges & cilantro for garnish


makes 4 servings

Place tilapia in lightly greased baking pan. Season with salt & pepper. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and honey. Stir in mustard. Brush on fish. combine bread crumbs, pecans and cilantro or parsley. Spoon over fish. Bake for 8-10 min. or until fish flakes easily
