    15-17 pounds of pickles
    10 Cups distilled white vinegar
    5 pounds sugar
    1 pouch Mrs Wages Bread & Butter Pickle Mix


Combine Bread & Butter Mix, vinegar, and sugar into 5 qt or larger enamelware, glassware, or stainless steel. Don't use aluminum. Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring constantly until mixture dissolves.
Evenly divide hot pickling liquid among the packed jars. If more liquid is needed for proper headspace of 1/2 inch, add hot vinegar. Cap each jar as it is filled.
Unused rine may be held in refrigerator for up to one week.
Add packed hot jars to slow boiling water, covering tops 1 inch. Proces pints 5 minutes or quarts 10 minutes.
Ready to each after 24 hours.
