    1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 28oz can whole peeled tomatoes, broken up
    1 cup white wine
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 tsp oregano, dried
    3 tbsp fresh parsley
    3 tbsp fresh basil
    1/2 cup pine nuts
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    4 cups cooked spaghetti


Heat a skillet over med-high heat. In a bowl mix together shrimp and 2 tbsp olive oil and red pepper. Add shrimp to skillet and cook until just pink about 1-3 min. Transfer shrimp to a plate and set aside.
Add onion to same skillet and saute until translucent, about 5 min. Add tomatoes with thier juice, white wine (sweet or dry whatever you prefer) garlic, and oregano. Simmer 10 min or until sauce thickens slightly. Return shrmip to skillet and add basil, parsley, pine nuts, and 2/3 parmesan cheese. Cook an additional min or two to allow flavors to meld.

Divide pasta between 4 plates. Serve shrimp and sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
