1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1-1lb bag bridseye pepper stir fry vegetables
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil (for frying)
2 tbsp white cooking wine
1tbsp light soy sauce
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1tsp cider vinegar
Directions
Cube chicken and mix with soy sauce, wine, garlic, ginger, red pepper and vinegar. Marinate for several hours.
Add 1tbsp olive oil to a wok . Add chicken mixture, peppers and saute until cooked through.
