Introduction
I wanted to make a bread but didn't have anything but an 8X8 pan sooo I thought I would make them like bars...tricky part is that they cut/tasted more like super moist cake. It is VERY dense. Store in the fridge since it contains yogurt.If you eat it for breakfast, it's GREAT with maple syrup & for dessert its great with vanilla ice cream or cool whip! Ingredients

1.5 cups flour
1.5 cups splenda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup greek fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons (equals one egg) of egg beaters egg whites
2.5 cups of chopped apples
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Chop apples and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients. Stir until smooth. Add apples and bake. I took it out at 45 minutes but later put it back in for another 10. Cut AFTER they are completely cool unless you want to eat it in a bowl.
