Ingredients

    For steak:
    2 tbsp chili powder
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (ground)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp Splenda
    juice from half a lime
1 lb flank steak or fajita meat

    For burritos:
2 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
    1 medium tomato
    4 tbsp light sour cream
    6 8-inch flour tortillas

Directions

Preheat grill to high. While grill is warming, coat steak in lime juice and then put steak and seasoning ingredients into a plastic baggy and shake until completely coated.
Grill on high for about 5-6 minutes, or until cooked the way you desire, turning once in between. Take steak off grill and set on platter to rest for 5 minutes.

Put lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream in separate bowls and cut meat into 1/2 inch pieces (or leave whole, whatevs) and put in bowl. Put beans in micro-safe bowl and heat (covered) for about a minute on high (100%).
Heat tortillas for about 15 seconds each in the microwave.
Everyone at our house just fixes their own at the table, taco style. Enjoy!
