Introduction

Ingredients

    LIVE Portobello Steaks
    6 small or 2 Large Portobellos
    4 slices Onion (about an onion)
    1-2.5 clove Garlic, minced
    2-4 Tbs Braggs Amino Acids
    1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes a pinch(optional)
    - cup Olive Oil
    1T balsamic vinegar
    1T apple Cider vinegar
    1T Agave

Directions

Add all ingredients to a Galllon Ziploc bag and marinate for 1-2 days. You can warm it slightly in the dehydrator (1-2 hours). Add Cauliflower Mash or sweet potato mash or any other yummy side. Would also be good with other marinaded veggies over raw or cooked rice...
