    4 lb. chicken
    1 1/2 TBS. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 TBS. worcestershire sauce
    1 TBS. extra virgin olive oil


Preheat oven to 425F.

Remove giblets and neck from chicken. Rinse the bird in COLD water; pat dry.

Mix remaining ingredients together, blending well. Rub evenly all over the outside of the chicken. Place in ziplock bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

Place in roasting pan and cook for 50 minutes or until a meat themometer placed in thickest portion reads 170F.

Remove from oven; cover and let set 15 minutes before slicing.
