    200g Frozen green beans
    12 radishes quartered
    40g grapeseed oil
    20g white wine vinegar
    20g wholegrain mustard
    2 tsp English mustard
    Salt and pepper


Cook beans in boiling water boil for 2 minutes. Add radishes after 1 minute. Remove from water and plunge into iced water. When cold strain and place in a bowl.

Whisk together oil, vinegar and mustards and pour the dressing over the beans and radishes. Mix gently and season with salt and pepper.
