Ingredients

    1 c whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 c oats (optional)

    1 tbsp agave nectar
    1 1/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 tbsp coconut oil
    1 tsp almond extract
    1/2 c raspberries

Directions

In a medium sized bowl, stir together all dry ingredients. Next, add milk and oil and mix until smooth. Stir in the raspberries until well blended. Pour the batter into small (3-4 inch) cakes onto a lightly greased pan on medium heat. Let sit until batter begins to bubble. Flip pancake over and cook until golden brown. Repeat until batter is gone
