Ingredients

    4 oz THAWED sea scallops (weight when thawed)
    1 tsp ground pepper
    1 tsp paprika powder
    1 tsp tarragon
    1 tsp cajun spice
    1 tsp olive oil

    1 cup shredded lettuce
    1/2 tomato
    2 rings bell pepper
    3 olives large
    1 slice red onion

Directions

serves 1.
add oil to frying pan add all the spices heat pan and then add the scallops after you cut them into halves or quarters.
cook until done.
Mix all the salad ingredients and top with scallops.
