    3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour


Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 6-8 minutes. Stir together flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the yeast mixture. Stir to combine. When it starts to come together, turn out on to a lightly floured surface and knead into a firm, elastic ball. Cut ball in half, and work into two pizzas. Bake on baking sheets at 500 degrees with sauce only for about 5 minutes. Rotate 180 and bake another 3 minutes. Add cheese and back for addtional 3 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 2 pizzas.
