    1/4 Cup Flour
    3-3/4 Nonfat Milk
    3 Cups Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
    6 TBSP Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
    18 Oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
    5 Oz Lasagne Noodles ( 6 Pieces)
    8 Tbsp Hormel Reduced Fat Real Bacon Pieces
    Salt & Pepper To Taste
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder ( Optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a small casserole oven safe pan with non stick spray...set aside.
2. Mix 4 tablespoons of nonfat milk with 3 tablespoons of flour. Whisk to remove lumps. In medium saucepan heat remaining milk on medium heat until warm. Add flour mixture and whisk until boiling and thickened.
3. Add 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and season with salt and pepper.
4. In large skillet heat spinach,bacon, and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder until spinach is warm. Add this mixture to cheese sauce and stir.
5. Layer 3 lasagne noodles in bottom of casserole dish and top with half of spinach and sauce. Top with 3 more noodles and repeat.
6. Cover top layer with remaining 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and cover dish with foil.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and return to oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is browned and noodles are soft. let set for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with salad and fat free Italian dressing!
