    Mix 1 8-inch flour tortilla
    1 T. mashed avocado
    1 T. fat free ranch dressing
    2 ounces chopped cooked chicken breast
    1 T. chopped tomato
    1 T. real bacon pieces
    1/4 c. shredded lettuce (I prefer spinach)


Makes 1 serving.

1. Mix avocado and dressing in a bowl until well blended.

2. Add all other ingredients, except tortilla, and stir until everything is coated.

3. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

4. While skillet is heating, place tortilla on clean, flat surface. Spoon filling mixture into the center. Fold the sides to the center, then the top and bottom, pressing down to seal.

5. Carefully place seam-side down in skillet, and cook until dark brown. Flip, and brown the other side.

6. Serve hot with a side of fruit (kiwi is awesome with this).
