    Boiled potatoes, 4 cup (1 potato per person)
    Buttermilk, lowfat, .50 cup or less just to make creamy
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 3 Tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Parsley, 2 tbsp

Directions

Boil potatoes and drain, mash in rest of ingredeints and serve hot with or without gravy.
