    4 medium sized zuchinni's
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (reserve 1/4 for last)
    1/4 cup grated mozarella cheese
    1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    6 tsps of finely chopped fresh basil
    1 tsp of Monterey Steak Seasoning
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    8 cherry tomatoes sliced in half for garnish


Take zuchinni and cut into small 1/2 inch depth rounds until you have about 32. Cut out center with small melon baller being careful not to remove so much that you cut the bottom of the zuchinni.
Combine all the ingredients except for 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese into a bowl and mix with a fork.
Spoon about 1/2 tsp into each hole made into the zuchinni
cover with 1/2 cherry tomato
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan.

Cook in preheated oven at 375 degree temp for 7 - 8 minutes and then for one minute on broil. Remove onto nice plate decorated with chopped basil and lemon slices. Serve warm.
