    16oz stew meat
    1/2 large green pepper
    1/6 large sweet white onion


Cut peppers into squares. Peel onion and tear into stips. Put a piece of onion, then meat then pepper on skewer and keep adding in same order until done. Cook on grill on low heat for one hour and bast often with Kabob Sauce listed seperately.
