Introduction

A great way to use your fruits, this delicous smoothie is paired with toast and jam. A great way to use your fruits, this delicous smoothie is paired with toast and jam.

Ingredients

    Smoothie
    • 3 small bananas
    • 5 medium frozen strawberries
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    Toast and Jam
    • Colonial Premium Light Wheat, 2 slices
    • 2 tbsp Smucker's Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves

Directions

  1. After peeling bananas, break into smaller parts and place in bottom of blender.
  2. On top of bananas, add strawberries (also add 1/2 cup of ice if not frozen).
  3. Pour in juice; cover. Blend on HIGH "smoothie" (highest setting) until completely smooth.
  4. Spread 1 tbsp of preserves on each slice of bread.
Serving size is everything, though the drink makes 32 oz. Split half before a workout and half after as a great tasting reward.
