Blueberry muffins made without eggs and oil! Pure Deliciousness!!!! Blueberry muffins made without eggs and oil! Pure Deliciousness!!!!
Number of Servings: 11


    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .75 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Blueberries, fresh, .75 cup (remove)


1. Preheat oven to 400 F

2. Mix all dry ingredients together (excluding blueberries)

3. Add applesauce and water and mix well, then add blueberries and stir until evenly mixed.

4. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake for 18 minutes or until brown (make sure centers are fully cooked) Because of the whole wheat flour they will be a medium brown color, not golden.

5. Enjoy!!!!
