    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Salt, .50 dash (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, .50 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)


Add dash of oil in pot medium heat, stir in thinly minced onions and thinly minced garlic for 1 min, add beans stir for 1-1/2min, add salt, bouillon cube to taste, stir slowly 1 min. Add water, turn up heat to med-high, once to a boil, add rice, (stir occasionaly to avoid burning and stickness), once water seems to evaporate, add whole pepper, cover pot, bring to low-medium heat. After 15 to 20 mins taste to verify rice cooked, leave on low until served.
