Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1tsp
    Onions, 100 grams
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Celery, 200 grams
    Walnuts (crushed) 100 grams
    Egg, 1 large
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
    Canned Adzuki Beans 235 grams
    Plain Porridge Oats 20 grams

Directions

Gently fry finely chopped onion, celery and garlic until transluscent.

Mash aduki beans well.

Stir in all ingredients to the mashed beans.

Spoon into lined loaf tin and bake for 45-50 mins at 190'C (375'F, Gas 5)

Let settle for 5 mins before turning out.
