    1 T oil
    2 servings Oscar Mayer smoked ham
    1/2 C frozen peas
    2 green onions, sliced
    1/2 lb. frozen uncooked cleaned medium shrimp
    1 1/2 cup white rice cooked
    3 T soy sauce
    1 egg, beaten


Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high. Add ham and vegetables; cook 4 min., stirring constantly.

Add shrimp; cook and stir 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

Stir in rice, soy sauce and egg; cook 2 to 3 min. or until egg is set and ham mixture is heated through; stirring occasionally.

Optional: Add any chopped veggies, such as carrots, zucchini or red, yellow or green peppers with other vegetables.
