Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken breast
    4 large Sweet peppers (bell)
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    1 cup shredded Summer Squash (yellow or zucchini)
    3 cloves Garlic minced
    2 slices Kraft Free American Cheese Single
    2 slices Kraft 2% Pepperjack Cheese slices,
    tony chachere salt free seasoning, to taste
    (start with 1/4 teaspoons)

    1 small can (8 oz) tomato sauce

Directions

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Saute onions, squash, and garlic in cooking spray (like Pam).

Combine all the ingredients except the peppers and tomato sauce in a food processor and mix well.

Fill the peppers with the chicken stuffing and place in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers

Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes until peppers and chicken are both cooked.
