    8 oz. of chicken tenders
    3 cups of lettuce (red lettuce, green lettuce, romaine lettuce)
    .25 cup of sweet peppers chopped and seeded
    2 servings of whole wheat pasta (should make about 2 cups)
    3 large strawberries chopped
    1 tbsp of olive oil for dressing
    1 tsp of olive oil for cooking chicken
    3 tbsps of light done right italian dressing
    1 tbsp of parmesan cheese


Cook chicken in 1 tsp of olive oil (or any oil of your choice). Season with whatever season of your choice. While chicken is cooking, boil pasta and egg.

Mix all other ingredients together, after chicken and pasta are cooked and slightly cooled add to the salad bowl.
