Ingredients

    4 c Water
    2 c Quinoa
    1 c Grated Carrot
    1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Boil water. Add carrots, soup mix and quinoa. Bring all back to rolling boil. Turn to medium heat and cook until liquid is gone.

Makes approx. Five 1 cup servings.
