Ingredients

    8 oz chicken breast diced
    1/4 c diced celery
    1/4 c diced red oinon
    2 diced plum tomatoes
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    4 tbl fat free mayo
    1/2 oz lemon juice
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

    combine all in a bowl mix very well. adjust to taste any seasonings. Chill. ser about 4

    can be used as a salad with mixed greens or as a sandwich mix .
