    1 1/2 C Smart Taste Pasta, Elbows
    1 1/2 C Milk, nonfat
    1 Tbs Cornstarch
    1 tsp Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt
    1 small Onion, chopped
    1 tsp Dry Mustard
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black
    1 1/4 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    4 oz grapeTomatos (appro 14 tomatoes)


Serves 4
Serving Size 1 1/4 C

1. Cook macaroni according to package

2. Meanwhile, whisk together milk and cornstarch in a small bowl and set aside.

3. Melt butter in large nonstick saucepan over medim high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened, about 3 mins. Add mustard and pepper and cook 30 secs more. Stir in the milk mixture and cook, stirring constantly until thickened, about 3 mins. Add the cheese and cook, stirring, just until melted. Stir in the macaroni and tomatoes and heat through, about 1 min.
