Ingredients

    3/4 c. romaine lettuce
    2 tsp. crumbled blue cheese
    1 tsp. sunflower seeds
    1 tbp. carrots, chopped
    1 thick tomato slice, cut into 4 pieces
    2 tsp. Craisins
    1 oz. steak, sliced thin
    2 tsp. Wishbone Fat Free Chunky blue cheese salad dressing

Directions

*Makes 1 serving*

1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a salad bowl.
2. Top with steak slices.
3. Top with salad dressing.
4. Serve and enjoy!

    didn't have all the ingredients, so I modified: mixed greens, walnuts pieces. Omitted the tomatoes. Used SPmember Lisainms Low-fat Blue Cheese dressing recipe. - 10/18/13

    Wow, this sounds amazing. I'm super picky when it comes to my veggies, which makes making a salad kind of tough. But this sounds amazing! (Although I may have to skip the craisins, haha.) Any salad that helps me get more protein is awesome! - 7/30/07
