Introduction

I had never heard of breakfast pizza before.... In a discussion with my fiance I said "well they make taco pizza how come no one makes breakfast pizza?" I proceeded to make my own breakfast pizza thinking I was doing something truly original....turns out I wasn't *truly* original about this but my recipe is very different then others I have come across.... Ingredients

1 pkg Bob's Mill Farm Gluten Free Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
    preheat oven to 425
to make the dough stir together yeast packet (contained in packaging) and 1 1/2 Cups warm water
    let sit for 5 mins
add 2 eggs and 2 tblsp olive oil and stir
    add the pizza dough mix
mix on medium (I used a fork to blend it together) until dough comes together.
    split dough down the middle
cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 mins to rise.
with wet hands spread dough on your preffered cooking surface. I used a jelly roll pan prepped with cooking spray.
bake dough for 7 to 9 mins
    set aside.

    Toppings:
drizzle waiting dough with real maple syrup
partially cooked eggs(I used a dozen) by this I mean leave your scrambled eggs a little runny (you are baking them after all.)
I add my american cheese to my eggs while cooking.
    Bacon (two packages)cooked and crumbled
    salt & pepper to taste
    shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Now we all know how to put together pizza right? So let me just tell you NOT to put the bacon on the bottom Like I did my first time. Spread the eggs onto the crust sprikle eggs with bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 mins.

Sit back and wait for the omg's!!! My fiance ate six pieces the first time I made it!
