Ingredients

    - 2 cups oats
    - 1 T coconut butter
    - 1/4 cup Margie's Banana Syrup*
    - 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    - 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    - 1/2 cup pecans, slightly crushed
    - 1 T shredded coconut

    *Or substitute with 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1 tsp banana extract/flavor

Directions

Preheat the oven to 300*F.

Stir all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.

Spread the unbaked granola on a greased cookie sheet in a thin layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stir, then bake another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Makes approximately eight 1/4 cup servings.
