Re-make of a recipe using the measurements I had tonight. Re-make of a recipe using the measurements I had tonight.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup diced onion
    4 oz can mushrooms (drained)
    3/4 lb beef (sirloin) sliced thin
    6 TBSP brown gravy mix
    2 c water
    1 TBSP fresh ground pepper

Directions

1. in Pampered chef skillet, saute onions and mushrooms. (I didn't add any oil or water).
2. Add meat and brown.
3. Mix water and gravy mix, stir into skillet--stirring until gravy thickens.
