Introduction

Just a bunch of fresh veggies with steak. I didn't need to add sauce or pour it over pasta or rice. It was yummy. Just a bunch of fresh veggies with steak. I didn't need to add sauce or pour it over pasta or rice. It was yummy.

Ingredients

    2 lbs Steak, sliced
    1 Zucchini (sliced)
    2 carrots
    3 cups shredded cabbage
    2 red potatoes, chopped
    1 cup sweet onion
    4 tbls olive oil
    3 cups bean sprouts

Directions

cut up steak and all veggies. Pour 2 tbls olive oil into a skillet and stir fry the veggies (except for the bean sprouts). Continue cooking until you can pierce the veggies with a fork.

Transfer veggies to a serving bowl. Pour remaining olive oil and stir fry the steak strips. When meat is cooked through, return the veggies and the bean sprouts to the pan and toss together.
