Introduction

A no-bake version of the popular bars, but made with non-sugar sweeteners. A no-bake version of the popular bars, but made with non-sugar sweeteners.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.25 C Rice Krispies type cereal
    1 C uncooked quick cooking oatmeal
    3 T ground flaxseed meal
    .25 C ground dried cherries
    .25 C chopped roasted almonds
    .25C Organic Brown Rice Syrup
    2 T Dark Amber Agave Nectar
    1/3 C Almond Butter
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t almond extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Combine Rice Syrup and Agave in a sauce pan. Add almond butter. Heat to almost boiling. Remove from heat. Add nut butter/rice syrup mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well. Press into a prepared 8" square pan. Use wax paper and hands. Chill. Cut into six bars.
